Job Description :

- As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

- You will be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines.

- Identify and allocate resources to project tasks.

- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

- Conduct quality reviews and audits.

- Identify and assess project risks.

- Develop risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in project management.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e. , Agile, Waterfall).

- Proficiency in project management tools (e. , MS Project, Jira).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Experience in the capital group industry is preferred.

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
