Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with expertise in scripting, maintaining automation frameworks, and driving quality assurance in a CI/CD environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like Appium, Selenium, Jira, and a strong knowledge of Core Java. You will be responsible for designing and developing test automation frameworks from scratch, ensuring seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external clients to meet testing objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Appium and Selenium.

- Create robust automation frameworks from scratch, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

- Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, requirements, and objectives.

- Troubleshoot and debug test failures, ensuring timely fixes and updates.

- Maintain and update test suites, ensuring they are aligned with project needs and software updates.

- Manage test cases and defects using Jira or similar test management tools.

- Communicate effectively with clients, gather testing requirements, provide updates, and handle queries or feedback.

- Work closely with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery of quality products.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in automation testing and recommend improvements.

- Champion processes and process improvement throughout the organization

- Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains standards for software systems quality operating methods, processes, and procedures.

- Promote good software testing practices at every stage of development

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience with Test Automation

- Strong proficiency in Core Java for writing and maintaining automation scripts.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium for web automation and Appium for mobile automation.

- Expertise in creating automation frameworks from scratch.

- Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Proficient in using Jira for defect tracking and test management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
