Senior Automation Test Engineer - Python/Selenium (5-8 yrs)

Position : Senior Test Automation Engineer (Python/Selenium).

Job Description :

To further strengthen and expand our team at India, we are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer with knowledge of Selenium and Python.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our test automation framework (Robot framework).

You will give team members the capability to use the automation framework and write scripts.

You will also collaborate closely with the product owner and the software development team to come up with effective solutions.

Required Experience :

Total Experience: 5+ Years.

Technology & Tools : Python, Selenium, Robot Framework, MS SQL, Jira, Azure DevOps Server, Git.

Preferred Professional Certifications : Python, Selenium, ISTQB.

Required Skills :

- Must have minimum of 5 years of experience with stronghold in implementing automated testing solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Python with Selenium.

- Experience with develop, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks.

- Experience with integrating test automation into the CI/CD pipeline.

- Experience with the automation of web applications.

- Experience with the Robot Framework is a plus.

- Experience with focus on QA processes and methodologies.

- Experience in test case documentation.

- Experience testing concepts and tools.

- Experience on test effort estimation and scheduling.

- Develop, implement, and maintain a test automation framework.

- Develop reusable test automation scripts.

- Lead and train other testers within the testing team.

- Analyse test reports.

- Analyse system log files as needed.

- Manage test automation coverage.

- Understand the features and functionality of the application under testing.

- Collaborate closely with the development team.

- Participate in sprint planning, stories estimate, backlog refinement, retrospective, and bug triage meetings.
