What we want:
We are looking for candidates who will be responsible for managing the Accounting/bookkeeping team and MIS Process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with at least 6+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within the advertising or digital marketing sector.

Vertoz is MADTech Group, helping Digital Marketers, Advertising Agencies, and Digital Media businesses with their Data-Driven Marketing, Advertising & Monetization expedition by utilizing the latest technology. Vertoz has developed in-house full-stack MADTech Products and acquired various components to complement.
What you will do:
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budgeting process in coordination with department heads. Monitor and analyze budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and tax regulations. Prepare and submit all necessary financial reports and filings to regulatory authorities.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability. Implement effective cash management strategies.
- Audit and Taxation: Coordinate and manage annual financial audits, liaising with external auditors. Oversee tax compliance, including GST, income tax, and other applicable taxes.
- Financial Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices in accounting and finance operations.
- Treasury and Banking Operations: Manage banking relationships, including negotiations, credit facilities, and day-to-day transactions. Monitor and analyze interest rates and investment opportunities.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the department.
- ERP System Management: Oversee the utilization and maintenance of the company's ERP system for financial operations.
- Advisory and Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Worked with accounts and finance department with 6+ years' experience in Service Industry.
- Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulations.
- Basic understanding of relevant tax, accounting, and audit concepts.
