Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts (IT/Consulting Background)

Job Location: Kolkata HQ (Onsite - Work from Office Only)

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

About the Role:

We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts with a strong background in IT or consulting industries.

This role demands an experienced professional who can oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to strategic financial planning.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in global financial practices, particularly in US, Europe, or Singapore markets.

Qualifications:

Education: M.Com/MBA (Finance) is mandatory.

Additional qualifications like CS, CFA, or ICWAI are preferred.

Experience: 8-10 years in consulting or industry, with exposure to international financial environments (US/Europe/Singapore).

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the management team to draft, monitor, and assess business and development plans.

- Provide strategic financial insights and interpret financial information for decision-making.

- Monitor cash flows, predict financial trends, and recommend actionable improvements.

- Proactively manage collections, invoicing, and accounts receivables.

- Formulate long-term business strategies and perform market trend analysis.

- Develop and implement financial mechanisms to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.

- Conduct cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement reviews.

- Oversee financial accounting, reporting, and compliance with statutory regulations.

- Liaise with auditors, bankers, and tax authorities for regulatory compliance and financial audits.

- Manage global and regional accounts, vendor payments, and statutory matters.

- Support the global sales team with timely invoicing and financial forecasting.

- Prepare and monitor budgets, client billing, and financial project plans.

- Mentor and supervise team members to meet organizational goals.

- Ensure the company's compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of financial processes: procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and revenue management.

- Expertise in financial tools like Tally, MS Office, QuickBooks, etc.

- Analytical and critical thinking skills for risk identification and opportunity analysis.

- Proven leadership and management capabilities in strategic planning and organizational development.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial reporting tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
