Client Qualification & Engagement:
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budgets, and pain points.
- Present and pitch tailored IT solutions to B2B clients, emphasizing value propositions.
Sales & Negotiation:
- Develop compelling sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals that align with company goals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Onboarding & Account Management:
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts for renewals, retention, and upselling opportunities.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, technical teams) to align sales initiatives and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (e.g, HubSpot).
Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments.
- Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team for continuous improvement in sales strategies.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or digital services sector.
- Proven experience in international sales, with a focus on USA and Canada markets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales hunter attitude with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly via emails and virtual meetings.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot and other sales technologies.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts to cater to international time zones.
- Knowledge of domain registration, web hosting, and related IT services is an added advantage.
