We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and execute strategies to grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, relationship management, and market analysis. You will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and forming strategic partnerships to accelerate company growth.

What you will do:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, research, and industry events. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads.
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Develop business development plans that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Sales Growth: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that convert leads into sales. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Partnership Development: Negotiate and close business deals, partnerships, and alliances. Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Networking & Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions and establish new connections.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure business development strategies are aligned with product offerings and customer needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track business development metrics, report on progress, and make data-driven decisions to refine strategies and achieve growth targets.
- Contract & Agreement Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and partners to ensure mutual benefits and adherence to company standards.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth.
