Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth in a fast-paced software development environment. A strong understanding of data mining and database management is crucial to ensure targeted and effective campaigns. The candidate should possess strong analytical, creative, and technical skills to build successful email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Campaign Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and execute data-driven email marketing strategies.  
• Create personalized, engaging, and high-converting email content for various stages of the customer journey.
• Plan and execute drip campaigns, newsletters, promotional emails, and transactional emails.
• Data Mining and Management:
• Extract and analyze customer data from internal and external sources.
• Build and maintain segmented email databases for targeted outreach.
• Identify trends and insights from data mining to inform campaign strategies.
• Audience Segmentation and Personalization:
• Segment customer databases for targeted campaigns.
• Utilize advanced personalization techniques to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization:
• Monitor and report key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.).
• A/B test subject lines, email designs, and CTAs to optimize performance.
• Analyze results and implement continuous improvements.
• Technical and Tool Expertise:
• Manage email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
• Optimize email delivery and ensure responsive designs across devices.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to create email assets.
• Align email strategies with broader digital marketing campaigns.
