Job Title: Senior Flutter Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in mobile development using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language. You will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and optimization of high-performance, user-friendly mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. As a senior developer, you will mentor junior developers, oversee project delivery, and ensure the successful execution of mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality, innovative applications.
• Ensure applications are optimized for speed and responsiveness across different devices and platforms.
• Implement advanced features and integrations, including third-party services, APIs, and databases.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain code quality by following coding standards and writing automated tests.
• Contribute to the development of CI/CD pipelines to streamline app deployment and ensure smooth production releases.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Flutter updates, and emerging mobile technologies.
• Lead the process of app performance optimization and provide solutions for scalability.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in mobile development with at least 3 years specifically using Flutter and Dart.
• Solid understanding of the mobile app development life cycle, from design through deployment and maintenance.
• Strong proficiency with Flutter SDK, widgets, and third-party libraries.
• Deep understanding of state management techniques in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs, WebSocket, and other third-party services in mobile applications.
• Extensive experience with Firebase or other cloud platforms (authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications).
• Experience with Git and version control in collaborative environments.
• Strong UI/UX design understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to build intuitive applications.
• Experience with performance optimization, including caching, lazy loading, and handling large datasets efficiently.
• Expertise in debugging, profiling, and troubleshooting mobile applications.
• Ability to lead by example and guide a team of developers in following industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Java) or other mobile frameworks like React Native.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
• Previous experience with app distribution and submission to the App Store and Google Play.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
• Experience in app monetization, handling in-app purchases, subscriptions, etc.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 to 8 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on mobile app development.
