Job description:

• Maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) provided by the internal technical team for various products.
• Maintaining status of availability of components in the BOM from various vendors
• Coordination with vendors for sourcing electronic components including passive and active components (ICs)
• Coordination with internal technical team and vendors for fabrication of PCBs
• Coordination with vendors for mounting components on PCBs including logistics of transfer of components (kits)
• Verifying quality checks (QC) done by vendors, maintaining the same for each batch of deliveries coming from vendors
• Coordinating internal quality checks (QC) and with vendors to get issues resolved based on internal tests
• Periodic stock taking apart from regular maintenance of stock status

Requirements (Mandatory):

• B.E in either of Electrical and Electronics / Electronics and Communication / Instrumentation / Mechatronics
• Understanding of Electrical/Electronic components, applications types
• Good knowledge of MS Office( Excel / Word / PPT)
• Good communication (spoken and written)

Requirements (Preferable):

• Experience of 3 to 5 years in supply chain management for electronic components.
• Experience / ability in reading technical drawings, data sheets, fabrication drawing, BOMs and all related PCBA and harness files
