  • Job Summary. Arcedior is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to oversee and manage our sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying high-quality suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring a smooth supply chain for our furniture and interior products.
  • Key Responsibilities. Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with Arcedior's quality and cost standards.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers globally to diversify our product offerings.
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage and monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment on sourcing needs.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to support competitive sourcing.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements, contracts, and performance data.
  • Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Requirements. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the furniture or interior industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and supply chain tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP and procurement software is a plus.
