  • Job Overview. We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position tailored for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales within the furniture or related industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and communication skills, with a knack for relationship building and a deep understanding of product knowledge, closing techniques, and customer service.
  • Qualifications And Skills. Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of work experience in sales, preferably in the furniture industry. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in relationship building to maintain and develop client relationships for future sales. In-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and make compelling sales pitches. Proficiency in closing techniques to finalize sales transactions successfully. Superior customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Effective time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently. Prior experience in furniture sales or a related field will be an added advantage. Roles And Responsibilities. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Present and promote Arcedior's products to current and potential clients. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide clients with detailed information about our products and services. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Maintain an up-to-date database of client and sales information.
