Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Founder s Office Associate to collaborate closely with the CEO and lead strategic projects, business operations, and high-priority initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with experience in top consulting firms, particularly those with exposure to OEMs, who are eager to influence business growth, streamline execution, and participate in critical decision-making at the executive level. We seek candidates with a strong consulting background, ideally from McKinsey, BCG, EY, or other leading consulting firms. A BTech, preferably in Electrical or Computer Science, is required. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience in consulting or operations.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess very strong work ethics, a high degree of adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities are essential, as the role requires interaction with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach will be key in driving the success of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Project Strategy Execution: Lead critical projects across business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
CEO Support: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations.
Business Analysis Decision-Making: Conduct research, analyze data, and create reports to support high-level decision-making.
Stakeholder Partner Management: Work with OEMs, consultants, investors, and internal teams to drive business objectives.
Operations Process Optimization: Improve workflows, processes, and execution strategies for efficiency and scalability.
Investor Board Engagement: Assist in preparing business presentations, investor decks, and strategic documents.
Required Skills Qualifications:
B.Tech in Electrical or Computer Science would be preferred from a Tier 1 College (IITs, NITs, BITS etc.).
2-4 years of experience in consulting firms and OEM exposure.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics, and financial modeling.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a high-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
