About the job:

Having solved a critical problem of the Electric Vehicle (EV) space - Safety of vehicles, by using our

leading-edge technology and advanced systems which will ultimately drive the larger adoption of electric

vehicles in India, we re looking to further accelerate our mission of powering 5 Mn electric vehicles with

Vecmocon smart solutions by 2025. To help in our mission, we are looking for a highly passionate Sales

Associate/Manager to further extend our footprints in the Indian EV sector.

If you are ready to make an impact and help deliver meaningful outcomes, join our testing team and

help us to drive Vecmocon s smart and intelligent solutions among the broader EV industry players

including OEM, ODM, battery manufacturers and more. You ll help us in testing and implementing

advanced battery management systems for electric vehicles. The ideal candidate should have a strong

background in electrical engineering as well as good experience in integrating BMS.The role would be

based in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing of advanced Battery Management Systems for electric vehicles.

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS systems into electric vehicle powertrains.

Perform Root cause analysis (RCA) develop and execute test plans to validate the performance

of BMS.

Prepare the test reports and documentation

Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to BMS systems

Key Skills :

Strong grasp on the basic concepts of Electrical and Electronics

Basic knowledge of embedded hardware and ability to understand schematics.

Must have hands on experience in soldering (SMT/THC)

Proficiency in MS-Office , especially MS-Excel.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to have skills :

Knowledge of battery management systems including cell balancing, voltage and temperature

monitoring fault protection.

Understanding of batteries and types of batteries and knowledge of components.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics
