Job Description

  • Electronics Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing of electronic assemblies (EMS).
  • Proficiency in operation of SMT line (preferably Panasonic SMT line) , Wave soldering and Manual soldering processes / operations.
  • Knowledge of fixture development for SMT / Wave soldering / Manual soldering
  • Proficiency in SPI, AOI programming.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards.
  • Store / Inventory management of electronic components.
  • Strong exposure to QMS (Quality Management System)
  • Experience in product development process APQP, PPAP,DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan & relevant part manufacturing documentation Etc.
  • Knowledge of EV parts manufacturing process (Vehicle control unit, Motor control unit, Battery chargers, DC-DC convertors ) and child part components like PCB , PTH components, MI components
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting methods GD& T, QC story, multiple 5 why, 8D analysis.
  • Knowledge of machine management and troubleshooting
