Distribution Lead - Telecom/FMCG (5-9 yrs)

Job Objective:

To lead distributor channel management, enhance processes, and identify growth opportunities by collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams, optimizing partner ROI, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive business performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Distributor Channel Management: Oversee the entire distributor channel, including onboarding new partners and managing ongoing relationships.

- Distributor Planning: Tasked with identifying new opportunities, selecting the right partners, and organizing the planning process.

- Enhance the current process based on geographical considerations.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the Sales Team, to ensure the smooth operation of processes.

- Working together with cross-functional teams, including GTM and Product, to achieve operational deliverables within timelines.

- Identifying new opportunities for partner ROI growth and optimizing strategies to enhance it.

- Developing dashboards and sales reports to drive business performance.

- Automating GTM processes to enhance process efficiency

Capabilities & Requirements:

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferably in Operations, Sales & Marketing, General Management

- 8+ years of experience in managing distribution channels and networks at a regional and national level.

- Willingness to travel to various locations across the country

- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective on-the-ground management

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on impactful solutions

- High ethical standards and discretion in customer interactions

- Results-driven, with the ability to demonstrate and quantify success against established targets and metrics.
