About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales strategies, managing distribution channels, and leading critical sales operations within the organization. This position involves individual contributions as well as team leadership
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies focused on General Trade (GT).
2. Lead Route-to-Market (RTM) initiatives and drive channel growth.
3. Manage distribution networks, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
4. Act as an individual contributor while also leading and mentoring a team.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans in alignment with organizational goals.
6. Regularly report to the Head of Sales (Commercial + RTO).
Qualification and Requirements:
1. Experience: 9+ years in core sales roles with team leadership experience.
2. Background in Area Sales Management, Territory Sales, or Traditional Sales is highly desirable.
3. Expertise in Distribution Management and General Trade (GT).
4. Willing to relocate to Maldives
