Technical Lead - Java/Ruby on Rails (5-9 yrs)

Main Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 backend developers.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Ruby on Rails

- Manage APIs, server infrastructure, and database performance.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality coding standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

- Solve complex technical problems and implement efficient solutions.

Must Have Requirements :

- Experience: 5-8 years in backend development

- Skills : Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails or Java with an openness to transition.

- Team management experience is preferred

- Should be open to learning new concepts and technologies

- Familiarity with hosting platforms like Google Cloud, and tools like Firebase and Redis.

- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.

- Background in product-based companies is strongly preferred

- Good to have : Experience with JavaScript, React and CSS
