Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Relationship Manager to guide and support students throughout their study abroad journey. This role involves assisting students from initial inquiry to their successful enrollment and arrival at their chosen university. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Student Consultation: Guide students in choosing the right country, university, and program based on their academic background, interests, and financial capacity.
• Application Support: Assist students with university applications, documentation, and admission processes.
• Visa Assistance: Provide guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and application submission.
• Pre-Departure Services: Conduct pre-departure briefings, helping students with accommodation, travel, and financial planning.
• Ongoing Student Support: Stay connected with students until they successfully reach their university, addressing any last-minute concerns.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and other stakeholders.
• Follow-Ups & Engagement: Regularly check in with students, providing updates and ensuring they meet deadlines.
• Problem Resolution: Address any challenges students may face during the admission or relocation process.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree (Preferred in Education, Business, or related field)
• Prior experience in study abroad counseling, student services, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple students and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with international education systems, visa processes, and university admissions
• Problem-solving mindset and a student-first approach
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools
