Job Opening: Customer Relations Manager (CRM)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Manager. In this role, you'll enhance customer relationships, improve satisfaction and retention, and lead efforts in customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Database Management:

• Maintain and update accurate customer records.
• Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage order status updates.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare daily reports on attendance, stock, feedback, and display updates.

Social Media & Digital Engagement:

• Create and upload engaging customer-centric social media videos.
• Manage online reviews on platforms like Google to uphold brand reputation.

Operational Support:

• Organize product shipping and courier arrangements.
• Record alterations and manage customer data in CRM tools like Wizzapp.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Work closely with sales staff and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Who Were Looking For:

• Education: MBA/Postgraduate/Graduate.
• Experience: 5+ years in a CRM role, preferably in the retail or ethnic wear industry.
• Key Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Familiarity with inventory management concepts.
