Business Analyst - Fly Homes


About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Fly Home vertical at Leverage Edu. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our business strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and working closely with various teams to ensure operational efficiency. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing solutions to drive the performance of our Fly Home services.

What will you do:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Gather, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns within the Fly Home vertical.
• Generate insightful reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
  

Process Improvement:

• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to optimise operations and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with teams to implement changes effectively.
  

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a bridge between technical teams, business teams, and management to ensure seamless communication.
• Understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  

Market and Industry Research:

• Stay updated on the latest trends in the Edtech Study Abroad industry to provide competitive insights.
• Benchmark against competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  

Project Management:

• Support project planning, execution, and tracking within the Fly Home vertical.
• Ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
  

What we need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst/ Data analyst
• Proven experience with business analysis, process improvement, and project management
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong SQL skills, including data modelling, querying, and data visualisation
• Proficient in Excel, including financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting
• Strong logical understanding, including ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
