Job Description: Customer Relations Executive
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing their queries effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Query Resolution:
Handle incoming customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat promptly and professionally.
Resolve product or service-related issues by identifying the cause and providing effective solutions.
Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
Feedback Management:
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring customer pain points.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Track customer requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Process Improvement:
Identify gaps in customer service processes and suggest improvements.
Work closely with the operations and product teams to enhance the customer experience.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, issue resolution, and overall satisfaction levels.
Monitor key metrics like NPS, CSAT, and first response time to gauge performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Salesforce, or Zendesk).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellence.
