Senior Manager/ Manager- Business Development- MUMBAI
Business Development & Key Account Management: Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving performance parameters delivery & quality norms.
Sales & Marketing: Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing marketing plans to build client preference. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics. Setting and ensuring the achievement of sales targets to ensure profitable operations.
Client Relationship Management: Maintaining cordial relations with clients to sustain the profitability of the business. Maximizing client satisfaction level by on time response & delivery, providing efficient services, monitoring & tracking upcoming opportunities, articulate project Pre-qualification criteria as per company suitability & to ensure less competition. Handling client grievances and resolving issues.
Project Planning & Management: Undertaking technical & financial evaluation of project, identification, communication & documentation of Overseas JVs / MOUs with the project authority for existing & prospective projects. Setting project goals & objectives with HOD, guiding & supporting junior team members, and providing project performance feedback to
Decision makers. Establishing and maintaining good relationship with project authorities, clients & consultants related with Infrastructure {Transportation, Metro (Elevated & Underground), Railways, Airports, Ports}, Buildings, & Industry.
Techno-Commercial Operations: Assisting technical/estimation team with vital inputs gathered from Client pertaining to specific bids/ proposals, along with handling pre- tendering/tender/contract related formalities & documentation. Facilitating smooth handing over of project to execution team. Developing bid strategy by studying various factors like competitor profiles, corporate strengths/weaknesses & current market trends. Handling & completing bid process management from pre-bid stage till the final bidding & subsequent follow ups.
Team Management: Imparting training programs for achieving pre-planned business targets. Training & monitoring performance of junior team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations & meeting of individual & dept. targets.
