Application Lead

Job Responsibilities:

SAP Project Management:

• At least 7 years experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation or support. preferable from construction/EPC industry. •Analysing business processes and providing solutions with having FI and CO function experience. Leading a team for the implementation of other modules is mandatory. •Must have worked closely with various departments within the organisation to ensure smooth running of all functions. •Gathering customer requirements, conducting gap analysis and it's implementation. •Perform system testing to ensure that the SAP all modules are working as expected. •Performing system configuration, installation, data migration and testing. •Ensure major incident communication to management, internal customers and the support provider. •Serve as the key intermediary between the vendors and a variety of internal contacts.

SAP Support:

• Exposure in leading multi location support to end users across all FI, CO, MM, SD, PM and PS modules of SAP. •Conducting user training and support activities. •Exposure in HANA DB support and Administration. •SAP day to day Support. •Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. •Exposure in external product integration with SAP.

Preferred requirements :

• Exposure/experience HCM and exposure to S4/HANA, CRM, Ariba, Web portals etc. will be given preference. •Exposure to analytical tools will be preferred. •Backup/Recovery and DR setup/management. •Exposure to software development life cycle.
