Electrical Design Engineer

Qualifications Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering with at least 10 years work experience.
• Have prior working experience in electrical design and detailed engineering at offshore/onshore Power Plant processing projects, other industrial plants like Cement or Steel Plants
• Understanding of requirements for electrical systems in marine class society rules and knowledge of other international codes and standards such as IEC, ATEX, etc.
• Preparation of documents such as instrument lists, block diagrams, wiring diagrams, cable lists, etc.
• Knowledge in process instrumentation, power distribution & protection for explosive atmosphere environments.
• Sourcing of, and interaction with vendors of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Working knowledge in MS office suite, AutoCAD, ETAP, EPLAN and related industrial software applications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the Company.

Experience in FGD related Power projects will be advantageous. Role & responsibilities:
