Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR) MSS & Cloud

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our MSS & Cloud sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating and qualifying leads, supporting the sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-ups.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them based on interest, budget, and fit.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM records, track interactions, and ensure a steady flow of leads to the sales team.
  • Inside Sales Support: Schedule discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with senior sales executives to drive deal closures.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in cloud and cybersecurity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and generate high-quality leads.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or lead generation roles, preferably within cloud, IT, or cybersecurity services.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, OCI, GCP, or managed security services is a plus.
  • Proven experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software
