Sales Development Representative

Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify leads.
2. Understand client needs and recommend solutions effectively.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to drive pipeline growth

Preferred candidate profile

1. 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
2. US calling experience (mandatory).
3. Proficiency in CRM tools like Zoho and familiarity with sales outreach platforms.
4. Ability to work US shifts (night shifts) to align with business hours.
