HR Recruiter (Off Roll)

Employment Type: Full-time, Third-Party Payroll (WFO)

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter with expertise in manufacturing hiring to join our Valmont team at Magarpatta, Pune on third-party payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, quality control, supply chain, and maintenance positions.
  
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.) with a focus on manufacturing industry talent.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist candidates based on job specifications and skill sets required in the manufacturing field.
  

Preferred:

• Previous experience recruiting for large-scale manufacturing operations.
  
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, with a strong focus on manufacturing hiring (such as production, quality control, engineering, and other factory/plant roles).
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
