HR Executive - Mulund

Marathon Group is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Mulund. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment efforts for various positions within our real estate development projects. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source candidates, and manage the recruitment lifecycle for a growing and diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, candidate sourcing, and interviewing to offering employment.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment strategies align with company needs and growth.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Networking:
• Use a variety of channels (Naukri.) to source candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and talent communities to proactively meet future hiring needs.
3. Interview & Selection:
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and short-list candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Provide recommendations to hiring managers and ensure alignment with company culture and role-specific requirements.
4. Candidate Experience:
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional experience for all candidates from application to offer.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience.
5. Onboarding Coordination:
• Collaborate with HR and the hiring team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Assist in creating and delivering an engaging onboarding experience for new employees.
6. Market Insights & Trends:
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
