BI Engineer

Required Competency, Skills, & Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM-Analytics (Einstein Analytics) or similar BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, objects, and architecture, with experience in creating custom reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce data integration tools (e.g., Data Loader, MuleSoft) to streamline reporting processes.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes for combining and cleaning data from various sources.
• Ability to work with large datasets, perform data analysis, and identify trends to provide actionable business insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing performance and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with remote teams effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Experience working in a nearshore or distributed team environment.
• Knowledge of advanced BI tools, cloud platforms, or programming languages (Python, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
