Rpa Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Analysis:
• Conduct comprehensive walkthroughs of business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and RPA integration.
2. Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
• Work closely with global stakeholders to analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Create Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) for automation projects.
3. Solution Design & Mapping:
• Collaborate with the RPA development team to design scalable and efficient automation solutions.
• Map business processes to RPA workflows and recommend optimizations.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between business users and the RPA development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Conduct workshops and discussions to ensure stakeholder buy-in and solution acceptance.
5. Quality Assurance & Testing:
• Define test scenarios and assist in functional, user acceptance, and regression testing of RPA solutions.
• Ensure the final solutions meet business needs and align with design specifications.
6. Deployment & Training:
• Support the deployment of RPA solutions and ensure smooth transition to production.
• Provide training and post-deployment support to end-users on the new processes.
7. Continuous Improvement:
• Evaluate the performance of deployed RPA solutions and recommend enhancements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in RPA and process automation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

• Technical Expertise:
• Strong understanding of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate.
• Knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation is an advantage
• Business Acumen:
• Ability to align automation solutions with organizational objectives.
• Skilled in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and documentation.
• Communication Skills:
• Proficiency in business English written and spoken.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Problem-Solving:
• Analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Tools & Technologies:
• Proficient in Excel, Visio, and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Exposure to project management tools like Jira, Trello, Zoho.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on RPA and process automation.
• Demonstrated ability to work on end-to-end RPA project lifecycles.
• Certifications:
• RPA certifications (UiPath Advanced RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere, etc.) are a plus.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is desirable.

Additional Requirements

• Availability to work across multiple time zones when required.
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, or IoT is an advantage.
