Power BI Developer (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards.

The role requires a strong understanding of data visualization, performance optimization, and working with large datasets to provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Power BI Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that align with business requirements.

- Ensure scalability and reusability of reports across teams.

Data Optimization :

- Optimize Power BI performance for faster load times and efficient data refresh processes.

- Implement DAX queries and calculations for improved performance and functionality.

Data Modeling :

- Develop and maintain data models within Power BI.

- Ensure robust ETL processes for accurate data extraction and transformation from various sources.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

- Liaise with database developers and data engineers to optimize data sources.

Troubleshooting and Support :

- Diagnose and resolve issues with existing Power BI reports and dashboards.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in report design and performance tuning.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Certifications in Power BI or related technologies are preferred.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
