Salesforce Developer

Required Competency, Skills, & Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of Salesforces architecture and capabilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Experience in customizing Salesforce applications using Process Builder, Flow, and other declarative tools.
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, or Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Experience working in a nearshore or distributed team environment.
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
