We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Merchandiser specializing in international client acquisition. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in the jewellery industry to expand our global client base, foster strong relationships, and ensure seamless coordination between design, production, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Identify and acquire new international clients in target markets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Develop and implement strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding existing client portfolios.

Merchandising & Product Development:

• Collaborate with design and production teams to curate jewellery collections tailored to client preferences.
• Ensure product quality, design aesthetics, and timely delivery align with client expectations.

• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

• Work closely with internal departments, including logistics, finance, and production, to ensure smooth operations.
• Address and resolve client queries or concerns promptly.

• Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports to management on client acquisition progress and market insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master s preferred).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in merchandising and international client acquisition in the jewellery industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of the global jewellery market.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
