We are looking for a Content Writer to join our team and enrich the TJC website with product descriptions, articles, blog posts and marketing copy.

A Content Writer s responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types to increase customer engagement while following the editorial guidelines and proofreading content before publication. Interacting with other stakeholders and other team members to strategies new content ideas and ensuring their implementation.

• Develop engaging storytelling narratives to highlight the unique features and benefits of TJC s products.
• Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action to drive conversions and improve user engagement.

• Ensure all content aligns with TJC s brand tone, voice, and style guidelines.
• Maintain a consistent messaging strategy across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to create cohesive campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

• Write audience-centric content that addresses customer pain points and provides value.
• Engage with customers through interactive and shareable content, such as quizzes, polls, and social media stories.
• Monitor audience feedback and adapt content to better meet customer expectations.

• Work closely with product managers to gain insights into new launches and ensure accurate product representation.
• Partner with the social media team to create impactful campaigns that drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the email marketing team and SMS team by crafting persuasive copy for promotional campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fashion.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in SEO principles and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e. g. , WordPress, Shopify) and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to write for diverse audiences and adapt tone and style as needed.
• Strong research skills to gather information and create accurate, informative content.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and think outside the box.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
• Experience with visual content creation tools (e. g. , Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
