Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual concepts for marketing campaigns and brand promotion. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team to create a variety of design materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts and design strategies for a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, brand promotions, digital media, and print materials.
- Focus on creating logos, style guides, email templates, social media graphics, and themed catalogs.
- Present innovative ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment and incorporate feedback into design work.
- Bachelor s degree or certification in Graphic Design or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative work.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
- Proficient in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey creative concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Necessary Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. Bonus points for knowledge of additional Adobe software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including branding, typography, color theory, and layout.
