Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual concepts for marketing campaigns and brand promotion. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team to create a variety of design materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative concepts and design strategies for a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, brand promotions, digital media, and print materials.
Focus on creating logos, style guides, email templates, social media graphics, and themed catalogs.
Present innovative ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders.
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all marketing materials.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment and incorporate feedback into design work.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or certification in Graphic Design or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative work.
Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
Proficient in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey creative concepts.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Necessary Skills:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. Bonus points for knowledge of additional Adobe software.
Strong understanding of design principles, including branding, typography, color theory, and layout.
