Title - Meta Media Buyer,

Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan or remote,

Company Overview:

Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL) began its journey in the 1980s as a manufacturer of fine jewelry, catering to global markets through a B2B model. The company was publicly listed in 1996-97 on Indian stock exchanges. Until 2005, VGL operated as a B2B player, supplying to renowned global retailers such as Walmart, Sears, and Macy's.

In 2006, VGL ventured into proprietary TV shopping channels, in the United States, United Kingdom, followed by Shop LC Germany in 2007. That same year, we opened physical retail stores across multiple locationsto expand our customer touchpoints.

However, the Global Financial Crisis (GFC) in 2008 prompted the closure of our German operations and physical stores.

This challenging period marked a strategic shift for the company. We transitioned from to a 'Value-Buying' proposition, focusing on offering good-quality products at affordable prices. With this move, VGL carved a niche for itself, that remains prominent till date.

In 2009, VGL embraced the omni-channel retail model, combining our 24x7 proprietary TV shopping channels with a strong digital presence. Today, our Shop LC (US and Germany) and Shop TJC & Ideal World (UK) channels, alongside other digital platforms-including websites, mobile apps, OTT platforms, social media, and third-party marketplaces-serve nearly 130 million households across the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany.

Our focus on value-buying, operational excellence, and customercentricity has led to sustained growth and high-decile shareholder returns.

VGL has a group turnover of approx. Rs. 3,041 Crore (FY 2023- 2024) and employs over 4000 people globally. VGL has its head office as well as its main manufacturing facility in Jaipur, India, which employs approx. 3000 people, including contract workers.

We have consistently believed that value creation and sustainable business practices are complimentary goals. Renewable energy is a key focus area in VGL's strategy for mitigating climate change risks.

Position Overview: Meta Media Buyer

- We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Meta Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

- The ideal candidate is experienced in performance marketing, audience targeting, and ad creatives, with a strong ability to drive ROI and scale campaigns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Develop, execute, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to achieve business goal (leads, sales, brand awareness, etc.

- Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics and interests.

- Create and test various ad creatives, headlines, and messaging to optimize performance.

- Set up campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, ensuring proper tracking and attribution.

Optimization & Performance Monitoring:

- Continuously analyse ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

- Optimize ad spend, bid strategies, and budget allocation for maximum ROI.

- A/B test different ad variations (copy, images, videos, CTA, etc.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Audience Targeting & Retargeting:

- Develop and refine custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting.

- Implement retargeting campaigns to maximize conversions and customer lifetime value.

- Utilize first-party data, CRM insights, and pixel data to enhance targeting strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting:

- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.

- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, key learnings, and growth opportunities.

- Stay up to date with Meta's advertising policies, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Paid Meta Ads advertising.

- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Suite.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.

- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

- Experience with third-party tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or ClickFunnels (preferred).
