Meta Media Buyer
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Meta Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The ideal candidate is experienced in performance marketing, audience targeting, and ad creatives, with a strong ability to drive ROI and scale campaigns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, execute, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to achieve business goals (leads, sales, brand awareness, etc.).
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics and interests.
- Create and test various ad creatives, headlines, and messaging to optimize performance.
- Set up campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, ensuring proper tracking and attribution.
2. Optimization & Performance Monitoring:
- Continuously analyse ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Optimize ad spend, bid strategies, and budget allocation for maximum ROI.
- A/B test different ad variations (copy, images, videos, CTA, etc.).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
3. Audience Targeting & Retargeting:
- Develop and refine custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting.
- Implement retargeting campaigns to maximize conversions and customer lifetime value.
- Utilize first-party data, CRM insights, and pixel data to enhance targeting strategies.
4. Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, key learnings, and growth opportunities.
- Stay up to date with Meta's advertising policies, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Paid Meta Ads advertising.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with third-party tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or ClickFunnels (preferred).
- Creative mindset with an understanding of ad copywriting and design best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
