Graphic Designer

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal
candidate will be skilled in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator etc with an expertise in video creation and
editing. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong creative flair, and the ability to work on
multiple projects and ensure the tight deadlines

Core Responsibilities

● Concept Development: Brainstorming and developing new design concepts, graphics, and
layouts.
● Visual Branding: Creating and maintaining a visual identity for brands, including logos, color
schemes, typography, and overall brand style guides.
● Design Execution: Producing a wide variety of design assets, such as advertisements,
brochures, banners, corporate reports, infographics, social media graphics, website visuals,
and video content.
● Collaboration: Working closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to
ensure designs meet the project requirements and objectives.
● Revisions and Feedback: Making adjustments to designs based on feedback from clients
and team members.
● Software Proficiency: Utilizing design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Corel draw and other tools to create
high-quality visuals will be a plus
● Video Creation and Editing: Developing, editing, and producing video content, including
promotional videos, tutorials, and other multimedia materials.
● Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and
ensuring the delivery of final designs on time.
● Research and Trends: Staying updated with industry trends, new design techniques, and
software to continuously improve skills and keep the designs current.
● Print and Digital Production: Preparing designs for print or digital publication, ensuring
accurate color and layout reproduction.
● Creativity and Innovation: Bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design
projects to engage and captivate the target audience.

Qualification

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a
related field.
● Experience: Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range
of design projects, including video content.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After
Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
● Video Editing Skills: Strong skills in video creation and editing, including knowledge of
animation and motion graphics.
● Creative Skills: Strong creative and conceptual skills, with an eye for detail and a passion
for visual storytelling.
● Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively
collaborate with clients and team members.
● Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to
handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
● Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
● Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all design
work.
