We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in AWS cloud technologies and experience in end-to-end solution implementation. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, architect scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. This role demands hands-on technical expertise, leadership, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of software solutions on AWS.
● Architect and design cloud-based applications, data processing pipelines, relational databases (Postgres RDS), ensuring scalability, performance, accuracy, security, and cost optimization.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
● Guide development teams through best practices, code reviews, and technical problem resolution.
● Manage the entire lifecycle of cloud solutions, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
● Identify and implement orchestration/automation tools to streamline processes using AirFlow.
● Ensure solutions comply with security standards and performance benchmarks.
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
● Stay updated with AWS services and industry trends, driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:
● 10+ years of experience in data engineering, software development and technical leadership roles where huge data processing and business logic implementation is the driver.
● Expertise in: Spark cluster, Delta Lake, Metastore, Spark cluster, Scala, PySpark
● Expertise in AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, IAM, API Gateway, etc.
● Expertise in Oracle or Postgres:  and experience with big amounts of data store/transform/extract using databases.
● Proven experience with end-to-end project delivery and system integrations.
● Strong understanding of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
● Proficiency in programming languages: Python and Java.
● Expertise in Elasticsearch or similar search engines.
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or AWS CodePipeline.
● Experience with IaC terraform.
● Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices.
● Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
● AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
● Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
● Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization tools.
● Prior experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing onshore/offshore delivery.

Soft Skills:
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
● Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
