AWS DevOps Engineer (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- 5+ years of experience in DevOps Cloud Architecture roles, with a focus on AWS.

- Develop, test, and maintain Terraform scripts to automate AWS infrastructure provisioning and scaling.

- Build, configure, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline) to support continuous integration and delivery of applications.

- Write and manage Ansible playbooks for configuration management and to automate deployment tasks across environments.

- Use Python scripting to develop automation solutions for AWS services and enhance operational efficiency.

- Support application teams by implementing and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines and optimizing release workflows for faster deployment cycles.

- Manage, configure, and optimize AWS resources including EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, and Lambda for day-to-day development and production workloads.

- Assist in migrating workloads from on-premises to AWS, configuring new AWS resources, and ensuring operational stability during and after migration.

- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions (using AWS CloudWatch or similar) to ensure system health and rapid issue detection and response.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, helping troubleshoot issues in the pipeline, infrastructure, and production environments.

- Document and maintain operational processes, automation scripts, and troubleshooting guides.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field(or equivalent experience).

- Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code, including managing complex infrastructures with modules, state files, and remote backends.

- Strong scripting skills in Python for automation, tool integration, and API usage.

- Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, or similar.
