• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Should have End to End Recruitment Experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Should have good experience in searching the candidates from various job portal.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Well Versed for Hiring Multiple Technologies for Multiple Roles.
• Should be an individual contributor.
• Bachelors degree or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with recruiting for software development, engineering, and IT roles.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends in the technology industry.
