Engineer - Production Planning & Control

Role & responsibilities

1. Finalisation of Monthly (3 months) production plan for Mixer Grinder / Gas Stove in discussion with central SCM team.

2. Making Wkly, Daily plan for Mixer Grinder/ Gas stove along with Back up / Sub Assly of both the products in discussion with Production and Purchase to achieve maximum output and line efficiency.

3. Taking MRP Run and checking accuracy of RM requirement generated

4. Creating Production orders in SAP for MG & Gas Stove including Sub Assly

5. Reviewing Daily Plan vs Actual, Loss Analysis,

6. Conducting Shortage Meeting for next 3 Days

7. Monitoring Material receipt and updating shortage List, Correcting Plan if required as per updated shortage status

8. Publishing Daily MIS for Production, Dispatch,

9. Fixing operation Plan as per Monthly requirement in discussion with plant team

10. Making Recovery plan to achieve 100% Monthly Plan

11. Managing Spare part requirement in discussion with central SCM team

12. Maintaining ISO documentation related with planning

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 3-5 Yrs.

Experience In Production Planning, SAP knowledge of PP / MM Module, MRP Run,

Monthly, Wkly, Daily Planning

Skills required: Excel, SAP PP / MM module

Preferably from Small Appliances, Home Appliances sector
