Graduate/ Technician Apprentice Trainee - R&D (Pump)

Role & responsibilities

• Participate in conducting various tests on different types of pumps, motors and associated products.
• Study and analyse product design and construction by disassembling/assembling different products.
• Prepare technical documents and reports.
• Operate testing equipment and software for data acquisition and analysis.
• Demonstrate a proactive and Go-get attitude to efficiently complete assigned tasks using available resources.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech. or Diploma)
• Good knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Familiarity with Excel macros or any programming software for automation is a plus.
• Basic understanding of product assembly, manufacturing and testing processes.
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to feedback from leads.
• Maintain a proactive and positive attitude.
