Executive - SCM (SAP)

Role & responsibilities

1. PO Administration: Purchase order (PO) administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
2. Material Management: Manage and track materials, ensuring proper inventory control and supply chain coordination.
3. Data Analysis & Processing: Analysis and processing of data to support operational efficiency within the organization.
4. SAP : Utilize and manage SAP ECC for efficient processing and reporting.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize data needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
6. Analytical Skills: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, solving issues, and optimize processes.
7. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
8. Independent & Team Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
9. Time Management: Possess strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP and One year plus experience in back office.
2. Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
3. Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and approach problems with innovative solutions.
4. Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in both individual and team settings.
5. Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills with an ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
