Personality Development Trainer

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery:

• Conduct interactive sessions and workshops focused on personality development, communication skills, public speaking, and professional etiquette.
• Design and deliver customized training programs to enhance students' confidence and soft skills, preparing them for internships and placements.

2. Curriculum Development:

• Create and update modules on topics such as interpersonal skills, team building, leadership, time management, and conflict resolution.
• Align training programs with industry expectations and current market trends.

3. Student Mentorship:

• Provide one-on-one coaching to students requiring additional support in areas like communication and personality enhancement.
• Monitor students progress and provide actionable feedback for improvement.

4. Workshops and Events:

• Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and role-play exercises to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with industry experts to conduct guest lectures and experiential learning sessions.

5. Assessment and Reporting:

• Evaluate students' performance through pre- and post-training assessments.
• Prepare detailed reports on training effectiveness and improvement plans for students.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Qualification: A graduate/postgraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Certifications in soft skills or personality development training are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience as a personality development trainer or in a similar role.
• Key Skills:
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students through creative teaching techniques.
• Knowledge of current recruitment practices and employer expectations.
