Quality Manager / Executive

Responsibilities of the job include:-

1. Communicate information and ideas in such way that others understand.
2. Combine pieces of information to draw conclusion for further improvement.
3. Apply general rules to problems for getting answers making sense.
4. Give attention to every details that could change the further plans.
5. Determine areas needing improvement.
6. Review existing conditions and develop new plans to improve the quality system Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
7. Assist in formulate, develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Hospitals Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
8. Effectively interact with other departmental teams to maintain the smooth process flow through proper records.
9. Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation
10. Assist in writing technical and management systems reports
11. Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods
12. Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
13. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
14. Ensuring policies and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that modifications are investigated if necessary.
15. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training
16. Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters
17. Demonstrates and desires to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes
18. Willingness to continuously embrace personal and professional development
19. Prepares Internal audit Schedules, assisting with Internal audits and Audit results
20. Recommends quality tools and techniques to be used in measuring Hospitals quality performance and variations; and solving quality problem.
21. Recommends procedures and guidelines to direct the practices used in performance corrective action.
22. Reviews, non-conformances, corrective actions, observations, and patient complaints for repetitive trends, recommendations for changes and/or processes.
23. Data mapping and verification of its accuracy.
24. Assist in arranging for committee meetings in as per the quality plan.
