Senior Executive/Deputy Manager/Manager - Corporate Resource Center

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Relations and Outreach:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations to secure internship and placement opportunities for students.
• Conduct corporate outreach programs to increase engagement with industry partners across sectors.
• Develop and manage partnerships for academic collaborations, guest lectures, and industry visits.

2. Placement Coordination:

• Strategize and execute placement drives and campus recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with companies for pre-placement talks, interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Ensure alignment between company requirements and student skillsets through effective communication and coordination.

3. Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain an updated database of recruiters, student placements, and internship details.
• Provide regular reports on placement statistics, student progress, and employer feedback to university leadership.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and student placement coordinators for seamless placement activities.
• Mentor and guide the CRC team and student representatives to achieve placement targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Qualification: /Masters degree in Business Administration
• Experience: 510 years of relevant experience in corporate relations, placement activities, or talent acquisition.
• Key Skills:
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for database management.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in higher education or a similar role within a university placement cell.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and employer expectations.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve placement targets effectively.
