Role & responsibilities

• To plan, implement and achieve the business targets and profitability of the branch.
• Direct all operational aspects at the branch including operations, customer service, administration and sales.
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
• Adhere to existing processes and locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions.
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
• Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
• Bring out the best of branchs staff by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
• Any other work assigned to you from time to time.
